An anthology compiling past speeches and outcome documents from the Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum has recently been published in the United Kingdom in English.

The volume is edited by Dr. Janusz Bugajski, Senior Fellow at the Jamestown Foundation (Washington, D.C.).
In the past, I spoke at the 7th Forum in Tokyo (August 1–2, 2023) and the 12th Forum in Taipei (September 18–19, 2024), and also delivered online speeches at the 8th Forum held in London and Paris (October 12 and 14, 2023). My presentation papers from these forums are included in this book.
The book also includes a speech delivered by my wife, Yoko Ishii, at the 12th Forum.
