JCPAC2019 was held by American Conservative Union (ACU) and JCU during 31st August to 1st September in Tokyo.
I spoke twice.
On 31st August, I gave a Keynote Speech, ‘Freedom and Independence for Asia’. 
Next day, 1st September, I join the session on Hong Kong with Gordon G. Chang and others.
